• Real first and last name

• Real-world location

• Age

• Player name (will be used for your member name)

• Gaming experience (none is necessary)

• E-mail

• Other contacts (MSN, AIM, etc)

• Interests outside of gaming

• Reason why you want to join The Black Legion

• Character Bio (talk about what your going to do with your WoW character - however, this part is not neccessary)

After recieving your application, you will be notified within 2 days regarding your acceptance or denial of membership.
